Rob Regner, MBA, has been selling, managing and leasing properties for 33
years. He and his wife, Darla Regner, have been married for 31 years and have two
children, both of whom are engineers. They have lived in Georgetown for 15
years. Darla, a retired Round Rock ISD Assistant Superintendent, is also a
licensed agent and helps show properties, when not working part-time at the
Texas Educational Region 13 Service Center. The office in Round Rock is
central to the areas Rob covers, which includes Round Rock, Georgetown,
Cedar Park, Austin (north of the Town Lake), and Taylor.
Mr. Regner has been selling homes full-time since moving to Georgetown in
1989. He particularly enjoys educating new comers to the area, and since he
covers a wide area, is able to compare and contrast subdivisions and areas
with ease. Prior to moving to Georgetown, Mr. Regner acquired commercial
experience as a broker and property manager in Houston, primarily leasing
and managing shopping centers, office buildings and warehouse space. He also
has extensive experience preparing raw land for sale to developers and
selecting sites for several national retail chains.
With his vast experience base, Mr. Regner finds great satisfaction in
consulting, advising, and locating properties for people with whom he has
developed lasting friendships. |
